Dawson is from Cape Girardeau, MO, where he was born, raised, and still resides. Starting off in the industry in January 2023, he's all about learning and growing professionally. While awards haven't come his way yet, he believes each step forward is a win in itself.

When he's not working, you'll find him shooting hoops, teeing off on the golf course, and cheering for his favorite teams. Nature is his go-to for unwinding, and he's a proud member of the Cape Jaycees crew, working together to make their community better.
